End grain cutting board - Southern black cherry
An old friend of mine lives in Kentwood Louisiana, where a Southern Black Cherry Tree was blown down many years ago. He gave me the tree and I had it sawn by a local mill. It's been drying out for several years, and now it's time to start playing.
